hat from the 30's or 40's in soft ruched black velvet (silk most likely)
The hat comes with two pins tipped in velvet balls and the hat can be worn
conventionally or towards the back of the head over a chignon.
Condition:
Very good pre-owned
condition, no damage or wear.
