A classic mid-century
modern lamp made in Canada in the 1950's by the Bostlands. Lotte and Gunnar
Bostland emigrated from Denmark to Canada in the 1950's and produced these
iconic mid-century modern lamps.
The hard shell
fibreglass and linen strand shade is a stroke of design genius (attributed
either father or son depending on source) The shade provides a lovely,
diffuse light, can be easily cleaned and is practically indestructible.
Condition:
Good pre-owned condition,
no damage.
