It seems odd to call a slicer beautiful but leave it to the Danes. This 1950s Eva slicer is built like a tank and shaped like a Italian sports car. The powder coated steel is a wonderful colour that walks the line between fiery orange and bright red. It can slice bread, cured meats and vegetables with an adjustment for slice thickness up to 3/4". It has both a counter clamp and a suction clamp with a black bakelite rest that folds up for storage.
